Grill cook • Canyon County, Idaho

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a grill cook in Canyon County, Idaho. The role involves follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Six days a week, one day off.
