CO2 welder — King William County

Join our team: we are hiring a CO2 welder in King William County, Virginia. You will be based at a steel fabrication workshop. You will check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols. What we are looking for: • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
