Lift technician — Alachua County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lift technician in Alachua County, Florida. The role involves: • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Valid driving licence for site call-outs 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $3,500 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
