Road roller operator wanted in Polk County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a road roller operator in Polk County, Georgia. You will be based in an open-cast mine. Ideal candidate: • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance On the job you will handle: • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift 1+ years on the tools preferred.
