Rebar worker • Pike County, Georgia

Great opportunity: we are hiring a rebar worker in Pike County, Georgia. You will work on a civil engineering bridge and roads site. Requirements: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire The role involves: • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers Pay around $2,800 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
