Precision welder — Codington County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a precision welder in Codington County, South Dakota. The job is at a stainless steel fabrication shop. You should have: • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection Day-to-day duties: • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $26 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
