Formwork joiner — Jerome County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Jerome County, Idaho. You will work at a reinforced concrete building site. Day-to-day duties: • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse You should have: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing 2+ years on the tools preferred.
