Automotive paint technician • Parker County, Texas

We are recruiting: we are hiring an automotive paint technician in Parker County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs Ideal candidate: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
