Backhoe operator — San Juan County

Join our team: we are hiring a backhoe operator in San Juan County, Utah. The job is on a housing development site. Ideal candidate: • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing Day-to-day duties: • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger 6+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
