Immediate opening: head butcher (Lagos State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a head butcher in Lagos Island Local Government Area, Lagos State. You will be based in a meat processing plant. Day to day you will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; season and marinate meat on request; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required 4+ years on the tools preferred.
