Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Punctual, reliable and hard-working The role involves load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
