Escalator technician — Franklin County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an escalator technician in Franklin County, New York. Your main tasks: • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
