Vacancy available: we are hiring a pressman in Washington County, Missouri. You will work at a garment factory. The role involves: • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
