Vacancy available: we are hiring a cook in Cowley County, Kansas. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets The role involves plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare the mise en place before each service. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
