Cold store insulation technician — Deaf Smith County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cold store insulation technician in Deaf Smith County, Texas. You will work on flat roofs and terraces. You should have: • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Willing to travel between sites On the job you will handle: • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness Overtime paid at a premium rate.
