Elevator repair technician — Clark County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an elevator repair technician in Clark County, Arkansas. Day to day you will measure rope tension and check for broken strands; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; run load and overload tests with test weights. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $3,700 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
