Kitchen steward — Kings County

Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Kings County, New York. You will work at a banquet hall. The role involves hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Punctual, reliable and hard-working At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Meals and transport allowance provided.
