Vacancy available: D6/D8 dozer operator (Iowa)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a D6/D8 dozer operator in Madison County, Iowa. The role involves: • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Refuel the machine and record running hours • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle What we are looking for: • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) Overtime paid at a premium rate.
