Banquet server — Dyer County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a banquet server in Dyer County, Tennessee. The job is at a rooftop bar and grill. What we are looking for: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness Your main tasks: • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager Meals and transport allowance provided.
