Horizontal milling machine operator — Monroe County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Monroe County, Kentucky. The role involves: • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production Requirements: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Able to grind and set HSS cutters Full-time, day shift.
