Requirements: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners Day to day you will sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
