Formwork carpenter — Pike County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Pike County, Arkansas. You will be based on a bridge and flyover project. You should have: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing Day-to-day duties: • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
