Urgent requirement: captain waiter (Imo State)

Now hiring: we are hiring a captain waiter in Ohaji/Egbema, Imo State. The role involves: • Clear and reset tables between covers • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place Requirements: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform Meals and transport allowance provided.
