Production assembler — Polk County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a production assembler in Polk County, Texas. The job is in a packaging and assembly workshop. The role involves: • Follow the work instruction sheet for each station • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away • Apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position Requirements: • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
