Immediate opening: kitchen porter (Kentucky)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Jackson County, Kentucky. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. On a typical shift you will load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. What we are looking for: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
