Captain waiter — Marion County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a captain waiter in Marion County, Arkansas. The role involves: • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery Ideal candidate: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Full-time, day shift.
