Vacancy available: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in Highlands County, Florida. You should have: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work The role involves: • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts Full-time with occasional weekends. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
