Fine-dining server wanted in Natchitoches Parish

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Natchitoches Parish, Louisiana. The job is at a rooftop bar and grill. Day to day you will punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); check back during the meal and handle special requests; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table. You should have: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change 6+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
