Tube and fitting scaffolder • Ashtabula County, Ohio

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tube and fitting scaffolder in Ashtabula County, Ohio. The role involves fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform; tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors; plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level; set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground; inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use; hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope. What we are looking for: • Able to read basic scaffold drawings • Good head for heights and comfortable on open platforms • Physically fit for repeated heavy lifting of tubes and boards Pay around $5,200 per month, based on your experience.
