Scaffolding erector • Yusufari, Yobe State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a scaffolding erector in Yusufari, Yobe State. Day to day you will set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground; fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid; handle, sort and stack tubes and fittings for loading out; dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely; erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage; tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors. What we are looking for: • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
