Vacancy available: we are hiring a machine operator (earthworks) in Haines Borough, Alaska. You will work on a busy civils and groundworks site. Requirements: • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances On a typical shift you will work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance; work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter; inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up; swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
