We are recruiting: we are hiring a cook in Craig County, Oklahoma. The job is at a cloud kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare the mise en place before each service What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Part-time with flexible hours.
