Kitchen cook wanted in Hemphill County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Hemphill County, Texas. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. Day-to-day duties: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays 1+ years on the tools preferred.
