Bakery assistant — Red River County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Red River County, Texas. You will be based at a cake shop. Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Accurate at weighing and following recipes On the job you will handle: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream Pay around $9,500 per project, based on your experience.
