Grill cook — Denali Borough

We are recruiting: we are hiring a grill cook in Denali Borough, Alaska. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Prepare the mise en place before each service What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
