Refrigeration technician wanted in Huron County

Now hiring: we are hiring a refrigeration technician in Huron County, Michigan. You will be based in a commercial cold storage facility. On a typical shift you will trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution; service split AC units and VRF systems; braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch; recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system; pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture; clean condenser and evaporator coils. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work at heights and inside cold rooms • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
