You should have: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter The role involves stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
