Now hiring: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Lipscomb County, Texas. You will work on a structural steel site. What we are looking for: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances The role involves: • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
