Demolition labourer — Yorro

Vacancy available: we are hiring a demolition labourer in Yorro, Taraba State. The job is with a civil contractor. Day to day you will wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean; hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors; dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel; mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns; stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit and comfortable working at height • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
