Now hiring: we are hiring a motor grader operator in Uvalde County, Texas. You will work at a plant hire yard. Ideal candidate: • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance On the job you will handle: • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
