Immediate opening: we are hiring a sand plant operator in Awka North, Anambra State. You will be based at a brass and bronze foundry. Requirements: • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards The role involves make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. ₦270,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
