Ideal candidate: • Valid digital tachograph card • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements Day-to-day duties: • Report defects and book the unit in for servicing • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts • Check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels 5+ years on the tools preferred.
