Reinforcement fitter — DeWitt County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a reinforcement fitter in DeWitt County, Texas. The job is at a precast concrete yard. Day to day you will place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing; install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings. Requirements: • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations We offer $18 per hour plus benefits. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
