Vacancy available: we are hiring a core maker in McDonald County, Missouri. The job is in a non-ferrous casting shop. Requirements: • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection You will fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring. Pay around $9,250 per project, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
