Immediate opening: we are hiring a cake decorator in Pottawatomie County, Kansas. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. The role involves: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate 6+ years on the tools preferred.
