Restaurant steward — Sullivan County

On the job you will handle: • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu Ideal candidate: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Rotating shifts.
