Kitchen porter — Cherokee County

Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Cherokee County, South Carolina. The role involves hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. Ideal candidate: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff 1+ years on the tools preferred.
