Tiler — Chautauqua County

Join our team: we are hiring a tiler in Chautauqua County, New York. On a typical shift you will check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away; fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even; set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges; run silicone sealant into corners and expansion joints; mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency; set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line. Ideal candidate: • Able to work to deadlines on busy sites • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone • Physically fit for kneeling, bending and lifting tile boxes 2+ years on the tools preferred.
