Requirements: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand Day to day you will apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. We offer $3,400 per month plus benefits. Rotating shifts. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
