Urgent requirement: blocklayer (Alabama)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a blocklayer in Sumter County, Alabama. The job is on a new-build development. On a typical shift you will laying bricks to the line, level and plumb; pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints; bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters; building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder. Ideal candidate: • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $2,700 per month plus benefits.
